If you are not completely satisfied with your service, contact us within 48 hours and Natalie will redo the service entirely — at no charge to you.
What the guarantee covers
Your satisfaction matters more than anything else at Soulfull. If within 48 hours of your appointment you are not happy with the outcome — whether it's lash symmetry, volume, curl, color, shape, or anything related to the quality of the work — we will schedule a complimentary redo appointment at no cost.
- Eyelash extensions — symmetry, retention, fullness, curl, style
- Lash lift & tint — curl direction, lift height, tint color
- Brow services — shape, symmetry, lamination direction, tint color
- PMU services — shape (reviewed and approved before tattooing), color at healed result (covered at 8-week touch-up)
- Needleless lip filler — volume distribution and symmetry within the same session
How to request a redo
Contact us within 48 hours of your appointment by text or email. Include your name, service date, and a brief description of your concern. We will respond within a few hours to schedule your complimentary appointment.
Important conditions
- The guarantee window is 48 hours from the time your appointment ends. Requests made after 48 hours are not eligible for a complimentary redo.
- The guarantee applies to the quality of Natalie's work — not to personal preference changes made after the appointment.
- For eyelash extensions, the guarantee applies if proper aftercare instructions have been followed. Lashes lost due to oil-based products, rubbing, or sleeping on lashes within the first 24 hours are not covered.
- For PMU services, please note that healing varies by individual skin type. The 8-week touch-up appointment (included in your service price) is the appropriate time to assess and correct healed results.
- The guarantee is for redo of the original service only — not an upgrade, redesign, or different service.
Refund policy
Soulfull Lashes & Brows does not offer monetary refunds on any completed services. All services are performed in a private boutique setting with full attention and care. Our commitment is to make you happy through the redo guarantee — not through refunds.
Deposits paid to reserve appointments are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours notice and your deposit will be applied to your rescheduled appointment.
Training program policy
Training program payments are non-refundable. Cancellations made more than 14 days before your training date may be rescheduled once. Cancellations within 14 days of training forfeit the full payment. See our training page for full details.
